Convenient location near subway and popular neighborhoods. Clean rooms with daily housekeeping. Helpful staff and free luggage storage. Cozy decor, with a nice cafe downstairs. Enjoyed the private bathroom and comfortable beds in the room.

Great location and convenient for exploring the city. Close to subways and Chinatown. The rooms were clean and well-kept, with comfortable beds. I also appreciated the interesting history of the hotel and the fact that our luggage could be stored during an overnight trip.

The breakfast selection was poor and had to be eaten in the lobby. Some room amenities, like the washbasin plug and toilet flush, were faulty even after staff inspection.

Our room was spacious and adequate and it came with guests' bags and lockers and TV. Stunning and favourable location easy walk to Lower East Side😃

Some people working there were quite rude.

We loved location and rooms - very good. The room was neat, with 3 bunk beds. With fast check-in and late check-out at 11 am, this hotel was cool! Besides, the parking was on the street.

We were pleasantly surprised by our room with 2 queen beds instead of a queen bed with a daybed and trundle. The location of the hotel, tucked away across the street from the Tenement Museum, provided a peaceful stay while still being close to unique restaurants and city transit. The hotel is conveniently located just 5 minutes away from the subway, Chinatown, and Little Italy, making it easy to explore the city. Tea and coffee facilities provided in the room, along with a mini fridge for storing your own food and drinks. Good wifi throughout the building, and friendly staff available to assist you. A great location for exploring Lower Manhattan and beyond!

Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating, making sure that all my needs were met. Lastly, the rooms were exactly as pictured - clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Plus, the fact that breakfast was included was a pleasant surprise.

All in all, I had a wonderful stay and couldn't find anything to fault about this hotel.
